Escapism

If you've done snorkelling and diving, try a subwing: its inventor describes it as "flying underwater". You hold two connected fins that are towed behind a boat, and can glide along the surface or dive under the water performing spins and tricks, all at high speed. Subwings are available to buy for $295 (subwing.com), or you can try one out at the Peligoni Club on Zakynthos, Greece, from 19 June.
