Tell us about a UK seaside bar or cafe for a chance to win a holiday voucher

Whether it’s a low-key diner or a snazzy bar, we want to hear about it. The best tip wins £200 towards a Sawday’s stay

As the weather (finally) perks up, the coast is calling – and we want to know about your favourite seaside cafes and bars for great drinks, food and views. Where in Britain would you like to be heading when the sun starts to shine? Perhaps it’s a tiny cafe in a remote Welsh resort, a fun bar on the south coast or a great seafood place in Scotland – tell us where and why you love it. We’re not after restaurants or beach shacks this time.

If you have a relevant photo, do send it in – but it’s your words that will be judged for the competition.

Keep your tip to about 100 words

The best tip of the week, chosen by Tom Hall of Lonely Planet, will win a £200 voucher to stay at a Sawday’s property – the company has more than 3,000 in the UK and Europe. The best tips will appear on the Guardian Travel website, and maybe in the paper, too.
