The voucher (printed in paper on 11 & 12 February 2012) entitles the bearer, when a full-price day ticket is purchased, to receive a free day ticket of equal or lesser value for entry on the same day. 2. Only one free entrance ticket per voucher and per full-paying visitor. Voucher must be presented upon entrance and surrendered to the ticket seller. 3. Discount vouchers cannot be used for pre-bookings or in-conjunction with any other offer, reward/loyalty program, group booking, on-line tickets or for events or concerts for which there is a separate charge. 4. Visitors are advised that not all areas may be operational on the day of their visit. 5. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 6. This voucher is not for re-sale, is non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Photocopies will not be accepted. 8. The voucher is valid for admissions from 11 February to 31 December 2012 with the following exceptions: WWT: not valid bank holidays and weekends in August 2012, Kew: not valid 6-9 April 2012 , 1-6 June 2012 or 25-27 August 2012, and the voucher is subject to the normal operating calendar of each individual attraction. 9.
