· It SHOULD be perfectly possible to arrange for your girlfriend to pick her ticket up at the airport. Get your travel agent to arrange with the airline to have the ticket issued LOCALLY to Santiago, and kept at the Ticket/Sales desk. Please ensure that you get ALL the flight details AND reference numbers, as your girlfriend WILL need them to collect it.
