Send us an affordable Scandinavia tip for the chance to win a £200 travel voucher

We all know the Nordic nations are expensive for travellers – so we want to know about places you’ve found that don’t make your eyes water. Send us your advice and you could be off there with our prize of a £200 voucher from uk.hotels.com

The Scandinavian countries are renowned for amazing scenery, cool design, pristine environments … and extortionate prices (“how much for a beer?” is often the incredulous response to travellers’ stories). But we want to hear about places to stay, restaurants, trips and experiences that you found cheap – or at least reasonably priced.

Send us your specific tips via GuardianWitness, including as much detail as you can in around 100 words (along with website, prices etc, if possible).

The best tips will appear in print in next weekend’s Travel section and the winner, chosen by Tom Hall of Lonely Planet, will receive a £200 hotel voucher from Hotels.com, allowing you to stay in more than 260,000 places worldwide. Submit your tip by clicking the blue button and using the text tab.

You’re welcome to add a photo if you own the copyright to it – but it’s the text we’ll be judging.
