World Cup 2010: last-minute deals to see England on Sunday

England are through! And it's not too late to watch them play in Bloemfontein on Sunday. Here are the best packages, hotels and flights

Match packages

Thomas Cook (+44(0)20 8739 2360, thomascooksport.com) has five nights' accommodation at Entabeni Safari Conservatory hotel, nine hours from Bloemfontein, and tickets for the second-round match in Bloemfontein on Sunday. The price is £1,097 and includes return BA flights from Heathrow departing Friday 25 June, three meals a day and two game drives a day.

Thomson Sport (0845 1212018, thomsonsport.com) has no availability for the last 16 game but does have tickets for the quarter finals should England qualify. The packages would be "day trips", so fly into South Africa, watch the match and then fly back to the UK. Prices from £1,995 per person including return flights, match transfers and match tickets (July 2-3).

Thomson Sport (0845 1212018, thomsonsport.com) also has packages for the World Cup Final in Johannesburg on Sunday 11 July 2010. Prices start from £5,995 per person for a five-night package (8-13 July) including three nights' accommodation at the Peermont Metcourt and international return flights from London Heathrow.

Keith Prowse (0845 125 4880, keithprowse.co.uk. For Sunday's second round England match, fans are advised to contact Keith Prowse for availability. For optimisitic fans wishing to back England all the way to the final, there are still limited places available for the Keith Prowse Finals Tour, which takes in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final from 29 June-2 July. The price of £6,000 includes return BA flights from Heathrow to Jo'burg, domestic flights, accommodation at the Emperors Palace Resort in Jo'burg, and match tickets.

Flights

British Airways (ba.com) is offering flights from Heathrow-Jo'burg departing Friday June 25 and returning Friday 2 July for £856.30 including taxes/fees/charges. Flights from Heathrow to Durban (via Jo'burg) for the same dates are £1, 010.70.

South African Airways (0871 722 1111, flysaa.com) has flights from Heathrow to Port Elizabeth, departing 25 June, returning 28 June for £1,676pp. From Heathrow to Bloemfontein departing 25 June, returning 29 June for £1,812pp.

STA (statravel.co.uk, 0871 230 0040) has flights to Johannesburg with Air Afrique departing Heathrow 25 June, returning 13 July for £820.

Virgin Atlantic (virgin-atlantic.com) has limited availability on flights to Johannesburg. Fly out Thursday 24 June for £1,562, fly back Friday 2 July for £861.27.

Hotel & flight packages

Expedia.co.uk (0871 226 0808) is offering late deals to Bloemfontein's three-star Stanville Hotel for England's last-16 match. Five nights' B&B (24-30 June) costs £1,714pp, including return flights with South African Airlines from Heathrow to Johannesburg. The hotel is less than two miles from the Free State Stadium. 

hotels.com (+44 (0)20 3027 8146) has good-value accommodation-only deals, for Bloemfontein, including the three-star Stanville Hotel, from £41 per double per night and the four-star Protea Hotel Willow Lake from £84 per double per night.

Hotels

Hotel rooms in the host cities are scarce and those available are likely to be pricey. Laterooms.com is offering doubles at the three-star Victoria Hotel, 1 hour and 50mins from Bloemfontein, for £40pp per night B&B. More details online.
