· The main problem is that the internet is normally unsuitable for home videos, due to bandwidth/speed problems. Nobody after all wants to wait half an hour for a five-minute video to download. Therefore unless someone among your friends/relatives has access to a high speed/bandwidth Internet connection (perhaps at work?), you will have to make do with very short clips.

If you wish to go ahead you will require access to a modern fully digital camcorder with a 'USB Port' and appropriate MS WINDOWS software (drivers etc.) plus a Cybercafe that will allow you to connect it and install your software.
